This clinical trial tests a digital health intervention, known as With Love, Grandma, to improve the healthy lifestyle behaviors (physical activity, diet) of Hispanic female cancer survivors and their families. Obesity is the second leading preventable cause of cancer and is associated with increased mortality in those already diagnosed with cancer. Despite the potential benefits of adopting healthy lifestyle behaviors, a large majority of cancer survivors do not meet the recommendations for physical activity and dietary intake. The inclusion of family members in healthy lifestyle interventions may encourage cancer survivors to lead future generations in making lifestyle changes by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and support to solidify their resolve in making and maintaining their own behavior changes.
