Developing a Couple-Based Mindfulness Intervention for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Trial Status: active

This study is being done to develop a couple-based mindfulness intervention for patients with colorectal cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). A mindfulness-based intervention (MBI) could fill a gap in research and clinical care, given strong evidence for reducing distress in cancer patients and partners and in improving relationship outcomes.
