This clinical trial tests whether center-based walking exercise intervention or a home-based walking exercise intervention can reduce fatigue in older breast cancer survivors. Women with breast cancer often experience severe fatigue (asthenia) after cancer therapy, seen in approximately 40% of breast cancer survivors. Because older age is a risk factor for fatigue, older breast cancer survivors are at an increased risk versus those in younger age groups. Researchers want to find out if aerobic exercise can alleviate fatigue in older breast cancer survivors.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To evaluate feasibility of the methods used in recruitment and screening.
II. To assess the feasibility of baseline procedures.
III. To evaluate the feasibility of acceptance of randomization, intervention, and adherence.
IV. To assess the proportion of participants lost to follow-up and missing data at end of the study.
V. To describe distributions of fatigue and secondary outcomes.
OUTLINE: Patients are randomized to 1 of 2 arms.
ARM I: Patients participate in a home-based exercise program composed of walking at home for 30 minutes, 5 days a week for 8 weeks on study. Patients complete walking tests, the short physical performance battery, wear an apple watch and undergo blood and stool sample collection on study.
ARM II: Patients participate in a center-based exercise program composed of supervised walking at the health promotion center for 30 minutes, 3 days a week, and walk at home 2 days a week for 8 weeks on study. Patients complete walking tests, the short physical performance battery, wear an apple watch and undergo blood and stool sample collection on study.
