This study collects blood and tissue samples to further understand prostate cancer development in patients with a genetic risk of prostate cancer as compared to patients without an identifiable genetic risk factor.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To better understand relationship between prostate cancer development and DNA repair pathways.
II. Assess the role of germline genetic mutation in early stage prostate cancer development.
III. Assess the role of germline genetic mutations in treatment response.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo blood and tissue sample collection and may optionally undergo saliva sample collection and have their medical records reviewed while on study.
