Prostate Tissue Biobank for People at Genetic Risk for Aggressive Disease

Inclusion Criteria

• * Specific eligibility criteria for genetic mutation carriers are as follows: ** Patients with a prostate over the age of 18. ** Known carriers of a pathogenic or likely pathogenic variant in known or suspected genes associated with prostate cancer risk. ** Patients undergoing prostate biopsies as a part of their prostate cancer screening OR biopsy or prostatectomy due to a diagnosis of prostate cancer. * Specific eligibility criteria for controls are as follows: ** Patients with a prostate over the age of 18. ** Age-matched to genetic mutation carriers. ** Patients undergoing prostate biopsies as a part of their prostate cancer screening OR biopsy or prostatectomy due to a diagnosis of prostate cancer.
