This study evaluates the perceptions of the ALEX portal, an online health tool in Black/African American and Latino/Hispanics living in Florida.

* Identify as rural, Black/African American, or Latino/Hispanic (including multiracial participants) * Participants may include people with cancer and healthy individuals (e.g., caregivers) * Participants must be 18 years of age or older * Able to read and write English or Spanish fluently * Florida residents

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

I. Assess clinician, CHE, and self-referrals to CCTs and adapt scalable resources for navigating racial and ethnic minority patients to active CCTs.

OUTLINE: This is an observational study.

Participants interact with the online ALEX portal and complete interviews and questionnaires on study.
