This study is being done to learn more about primary care physician and patient experiences using a swallowable esophageal cell-collection devices (SECD), "EsoCheck", and whether it can be used to screen for Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal cancer instead of using endoscopy in rural Oregon.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Increase awareness of the value of innovative screening methods within rural primary care settings and treatment of early esophageal cancer.
II. Evaluate the acceptability/feasibility of SECD use in rural primary care as an alternative to referral to endoscopy to screen for early esophageal cancer.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo EsoCheck/EsoGuard to collect and analyze tissue samples from the esophagus. Patients also complete an interview and questionnaire on study.
