This study evaluates the mechanisms driving personalized cancer risk rejection in the context of screening mammography in women.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Understand the scientific nature of risk rejection.
Ia. Identify demographic and psychological factors associated with risk rejection.
Ib. Identify how risk rejection affects risk-concordant mammography screening behavior.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Participants complete surveys, receive personal breast cancer risk estimate and education on breast cancer screening and prevention and have medical records reviewed on study.
