PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To longitudinally assess plasma biomarkers for Aβ, GFAP, phospho Tau, and NfL pre- and post-radiotherapy.
II. To determine APOE genotype.
III. To evaluate neuropsychiatric testing synchronized with standard of care brain MRIs and serum markers.
IV. To measure brain morphometrics pre- and post-radiotherapy using SOC brain MRIs.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo blood collection for genetic testing, neuropsychiatric testing, and standard of care brain MRIs on study. Patients also complete questionnaires and have their medical records reviewed on study.
