This study seeks to learn more about energy needs and muscle function during treatment for bladder cancer. Monitoring patients to understand these areas better could help design future treatments with these needs in mind.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To evaluate the changes in REE across different treatment phases in patients with MIBC, including before chemotherapy, post-chemotherapy, and following RC, and to correlate these changes with clinical outcomes, including TRAEs and HRQoL.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients complete questionnaires and undergo DEXA scans, nutrition assessments, blood sample collection, and measurements of resting energy, body composition, and hand grip strength on study. Patients also have their medical records reviewed during follow up.
