Enacting Active Survivorship: Implementation of Weight Management Strategies in Endometrial Cancer Survivors

Inclusion Criteria

• * Eligible participants must be ≥18 years old, with low risk endometrioid endometrial cancer, categorized to be survivors who were recommended to receive no adjuvant therapy or brachytherapy only * Patients must also have a BMI ≥ 30kg/m^2 * Endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma, p53 wild type * Completed surgical staging * Stage 1 * Undergoing active surveillance or completing brachytherapy * No evidence of active cancer * ECOG 0-2

Exclusion Criteria

• * Individuals with a BMI <30 kg/m^2 or determined to be unable to participate in a behavioral weight loss intervention will be excluded from this intervention * Patients will be excluded if they were diagnosed with stroke, heart attack, end stage liver disease, or end stage kidney disease during the last 6 months * Patients will be excluded if their physician determines that they are unable to participate in a pharmacologic weight loss intervention * Patients currently on a GLP-1 agonist will be excluded * Patients currently on insulin will also be excluded
