This study examines whether treatment with chemotherapy or surgery affects physical functioning and thinking in patients with endometrial, ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. Researchers will also assess whether the functioning of mitochondria, which are the part of cells that make energy, is related to the ability to recover after treatment.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To evaluate the feasibility of conducting resilience research and implementing resilience assessments.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients complete surveys and undergo physical and cognitive assessments, blood sample collection, and skeletal muscle biopsy on study. Patients also have their medical records reviewed on study.
