Implementation of a Medication Adherence Intervention for Chronic Leukemia Patients (Aim 3)

Inclusion Criteria

• PATIENTS: * Patients diagnosed with Chronic Leukemia (CL) and receiving treatment with select oral cancer (OAC) agents for a minimum of 4 months * CL includes both chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) * Oral oncolytics evaluated: imatinib, nilotinib, dasatinib, bosutinib, ponatinib, ibrutinib, acalabrutinib, venetoclax, duvelisib, idelalisib CLINICIANS: * Clinicians treating patients with Chronic Leukemia (CL) * Clinicians included: physicians, advanced practitioners, pharmacists, nurses HEALTHCARE ADMIINISTRATORS: * Healthcare administrators working in a manager position over malignant hematology patients including CL patients Additional participants may include: * Health service researchers, policy expert, or patient representatives (patient advocates) * Participant has signed the written informed consent and HIPAA authorization for release of personal health information. * Participants must be ≥ 18 years old.

Exclusion Criteria

• * Participants who have cognitive impairments (unable to complete interview via telephone) * Participants who are pregnant or breastfeeding. * Participants who are incarcerated or in prison. * Participants who are not able to complete the patient interview in English
