This study evaluates several components of mental processes (cognition) in patients recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer who will be undergoing chemotherapy prior to primary treatment (neoadjuvant) to better understand the effects of chemotherapy on cognition.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To evaluate the cognitive impact of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on ovarian cancer patients.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo cognitive function testing, complete questionnaires and have their medical records reviewed throughout the study. Patients may optionally undergo blood sample collection throughout the study. Patients with possible cognitive impairment receive referral to their primary care provider.
