This clinical trial tests a multilevel personalized intervention to improve breast cancer screening attendance for Black women scheduled for routine screening mammograms. Black patients with breast cancer face increased mortality and present at more advanced diagnosis stage compared to women of other races. Almost one in five Black women no-show to screening appointments. The multilevel personalized intervention uses mail reminders, personalized telephone navigation, and a digital navigation video explaining the reasoning for and process for the mammogram to address some of the reasons patients may not attend their appointment. This multilevel personalized intervention may improve attendance for Black women scheduled for routine screening mammograms.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Evaluate the efficacy of a culturally tailored patient-centric program in reducing screening mammography no-show rates. (Interventional)
II. Determine the fidelity of the culturally tailored patient-centric program and explore facilitators and barriers to implementation. (Observational)
OUTLINE: Patients are randomized to 1 of 2 arms.
ARM I: Patients receive a mail reminder 7-10 days prior to their screening mammogram that includes contact details for study staff and the breast health navigator. Within 7 days of their appointment, patients receive a telephone call from the practice facilitator reminding them of their appointment and identifying and addressing any barriers to attending and completing the appointment. This may include transportation assistance, scheduling conflicts, or insurance issues and is individualized to each patient's specific needs. Within 1-3 days of their appointment, patients receive a digital navigation video via text message that explains the rationale and importance of screening mammography and what to expect during the procedure. Patients also receive usual care consisting of an automated reminder phone call 1-3 days prior to their appointment.
ARM II: Patients receive usual care consisting of an automated reminder phone call 1-3 days prior to their appointment.
After completion of study intervention, patients are followed up at 6-8 weeks.
