  • A Study of Alectinib, Entrectinib, Vemurafenib Plus Cobimetinib, or Pralsetinib in Patients With Resectable Stages II-III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With ALK, ROS1, NTRK, BRAF V600, or RET Molecular Alterations

    This trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted therapies in participants with resectable Stage IIA, IIB, IIIA, and select IIIB (T3N2) resectable and untreated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tumors with selected molecular alterations.

    Phase 2 Platform Study in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Lung Cancer who progressed on First-Line Osimertinib Therapy. This study is modular in design, allowing evaluation of the efficacy, safety and tolerability of multiple study treatments.

  • Tumor-Agnostic Precision Immuno-Oncology and Somatic Targeting Rational for You (TAPISTRY) Platform Study

    TAPISTRY is a Phase II, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in rational, specified combinations in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors determined to harbor specific oncogenic genomic alterations or who are tumor mutational burden (TMB)-high as identified by a validated next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay. Participants with solid tumors will be treated with a drug or drug regimen tailored to their NGS assay results at screening. Participants will be assigned to the appropriate cohort based on their genetic alteration(s). Treatment will be assigned on the basis of relevant oncogenotype, will have cohort-specific inclusion / exclusion criteria, and, unless otherwise specified, will continue until disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, unacceptable toxicity, participant or physician decision to discontinue, or death, whichever occurs first.

  • Alectinib and Cobimetinib in Treating Patients with Advanced ALK-Rearranged Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

    This phase Ib / II trial studies the best dose and how well alectinib in combination with cobimetinib works in treating patients with ALK-rearranged non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Alectinib and cobimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

  • A Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Multiple Targeted Therapies as Treatments for Participants With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

    This is a phase 2 / 3, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in combination in participants with unresectable, advanced or metastatic NSCLC determined to harbor oncogenic somatic mutations or positive by tumor mutational burden (TMB) assay as identified by two blood-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) assays.

  • A Study Comparing Adjuvant Alectinib Versus Adjuvant Platinum-Based Chemotherapy in Patients With ALK Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

    This randomized, active-controlled, multicenter, open-label, Phase III study is designed to investigate the efficacy and safety of alectinib compared with platinum-based in the adjuvant setting. Participants in the experimental arm will receive alectinib at 600 mg orally twice daily (BID) taken with food for 24 months. Participants in the control arm will receive one of the protocol specified platinum based chemotherapy regimens for 4 cycles. Following treatment completion, participants will be followed up for their disease until disease recurrence. At the time of disease recurrence, participants will enter a survival follow-up until death, withdrawal of consent or study closure, whichever occurs earlier.

  • Alectinib and Bevacizumab in Treating Patients with ALK-positive Stage IIIB-IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

    This phase I / II trial studies the side effects and best dose of alectinib and bevacizumab when given together in treating patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) positive stage IIIB-IV non-small cell lung cancer. Alectinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab may stop the growth of non-small cell lung cancer by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Giving alectinib together with bevacizumab may be a better treatment for non-small cell lung cancer.

  • A Study of Brigatinib Compared to Alectinib in Adults With Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

    Brigatinib is a medicine that binds to the surface of tumor cells in some cancers and delivers a dose of chemotherapy directly to the tumor. In this study, participants will be people with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC for short). The main aim of the study is to learn if brigatinib stops the tumors from growing, or if the tumors have shrunk or disappeared, compared to a medicine called alectinib. At the first visit, the study doctor will check who can take part. Participants who can take part will be picked for 1 of 2 treatments by chance: - Brigatinib tablets - Alectinib capsules All participants will take brigatinib or alectinib at about the same time every day. They will continue with treatment throughout the study unless their cancer gets worse, they have side effects from the treatment, they leave the study for certain reasons, or the study is stopped. After stopping treatment, participants will visit the study clinic for a check-up 30 days later.
