Targeted Treatment for RET Fusion-Positive Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (A LUNG-MAP Treatment Trial)
This phase II LUNG-MAP treatment trial studies how well selpercatinib works in treating patients with RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or has come back (recurrent). Selpercatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Selpercatinib for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors, Lymphomas, or Histiocytic Disorders with Activating RET Gene Alterations, a Pediatric MATCH Treatment Trial
This phase II pediatric MATCH trial studies how well selpercatinib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced), lymphomas, or histiocytic disorders that have activating RET gene alterations. Selpercatinib may block the growth of cancer cells that have specific genetic changes in an important signaling pathway (called the RET pathway) and may reduce tumor size.

This is a Phase 1 / 2, open-label, first-in-human study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and preliminary anti-tumor activity of selpercatinib (also known as LOXO-292) administered orally to patients with advanced solid tumors, including RET-fusion-positive solid tumors, medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) and other tumors with RET activation.

A Study of Selpercatinib (LY3527723) in Participants With RET-Mutant Medullary Thyroid Cancer
The reason for this study is to see if the study drug selpercatinib is safe and more effective compared to a standard treatment in participants with rearranged during transfection (RET)-mutant medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body. Participants who are assigned to the standard treatment and discontinue due to progressive disease have the option to potentially crossover to selpercatinib.

A Study of Selpercatinib (LY3527723) in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic RET Fusion-Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
The reason for this study is to see if the study drug selpercatinib compared to a standard treatment is effective and safe in participants with rearranged during transfection (RET) fusion-positive non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body. Participants who are assigned to the standard treatment and discontinue due to progressive disease have the option to potentially crossover to selpercatinib.

Targeted Therapy Directed by Genetic Testing in Treating Pediatric Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas, or Histiocytic Disorders (The Pediatric MATCH Screening Trial)
This Pediatric MATCH screening and multi-sub-study phase II trial studies how well treatment that is directed by genetic testing works in pediatric patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphomas, or histiocytic disorders that have progressed following at least one line of standard systemic therapy and / or for which no standard treatment exists that has been shown to prolong survival. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with genetic changes or abnormalities (mutations) may benefit more from treatment which targets their tumor's particular genetic mutation, and may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with solid tumors or non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
