A determination by the Government to not compete (sole source) with these posted requirements will be based upon the response(s) to each notice, and this determination is solely at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All responses to the above notices must be received by the due date and time specified in the solicitation to be considered for an award. PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THE DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. NCB collect calls will be accepted.
