Phase 1 / 1b Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of CPI-444 Alone and in Combination With Atezolizumab in Advanced Cancers
This is a phase 1 / 1b open-label, multicenter, dose-selection study of CPI-444, an oral small molecule targeting the adenosine-A2A receptor on T-lymphocytes and other cells of the immune system. This trial will study the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of CPI-444 as a single agent and in combination with atezolizumab, a PD-L1 inhibitor against various solid tumors. CPI-444 blocks adenosine from binding to the A2A receptor. Adenosine suppresses the anti-tumor activity of T cells and other immune cells.

CPI-006 Alone and in Combination With CPI-444 and With Pembrolizumab for Patients With Advanced Cancers
This is a phase 1 / 1b open label, multicenter, dose-selection study of CPI-006, a Type 2 humanized IgG1 antibody inhibiting enzymatic activity of CD73 and adenosine production. This trial will study the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of CPI-006 as a single agent, in combination with CPI-444, a small molecule targeting the adenosine-A2A receptor on immune cells, and in combination with pembrolizumab, an anti-PD1 antibody against various solid tumors and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

A Study Of Multiple Immunotherapy-Based Treatment Combinations In Participants With Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (Morpheus- Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer)
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of immunotherapy-based treatment combinations in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Two cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: the first-line (1L) cohort will consist of patients who have not received any systemic therapy for their disease and the second-line (2L) cohort will consist of patients who progressed during or after receiving a platinum-containing regimen and a PD-L1 / PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor treatment. In each cohort, eligible patients will be assigned to one of several treatment arms.
