A Study of Multiple Immunotherapy-Based Treatment Combinations in Participants With Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (Morpheus-Pancreatic Cancer)
A Phase Ib / II, open-label, multicenter, randomized study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of immunotherapy-based treatment combinations in participants with metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Two cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of patients who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic PDAC, and Cohort 2 will consist of patients who have received one line of prior systemic therapy for PDAC. In each cohort, eligible patients will be assigned to one of several treatment arms.

A Study To Evaluate Safety And Therapeutic Activity Of RO6874281 In Combination With Pembrolizumab, In Participants With Advanced Or Metastatic Melanoma
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase Ib study to evaluate the safety and therapeutic activity of RO6874281 in combination with pembrolizumab. The study will consist of 3 parts: a safety run-in (Part I: Cohorts 1.1. and 1.2) and two expansion parts (Parts II and III). Part II will start once all participants in Cohort 1.1 have completed the observation period. Part III will start once all participants in Cohorts 1.1 and 1.2 have completed the observation period.

This first-in-human, open-label, multicenter, Phase Ia / Ib, adaptive, multiple ascending-dose study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary anti-tumor activity of RO6874281 as a single agent (Part A) or in combination with trastuzumab or cetuximab (Part B or C).

Basket Study to Evaluate the Therapeutic Activity of RO6874281 as a Combination Therapy in Participants With Advanced and / or Metastatic Solid Tumors
This is an open-label, multicenter, basket trial Phase II study to evaluate the antitumor activity of RO6874281 in combination with atezolizumab in participants with advanced and / or metastatic solid tumors. Currently the focus is on patients with Head and Neck, oesophageal and cervical cancers with confirmed squamous cell carcinoma histology type.
