About the Speaker
Jens Luebeck, Ph.D.
Dr. Luebeck is the lead developer of the AmpliconSuite. He’s an associate project scientist in the department of computer science at UC San Diego working in the lab of Professor Vineet Bafna. Dr. Luebeck specializes in computational methods for cancer genomics, with a focus on analyzing ecDNA and other focal amplifications.
