Identify Opportunities to Generate Molecular Characterization Research Data for NCI’s Childhood Cancer Data Initiative

NCI seeks your input to help identify opportunities to generate additional research molecular characterization data needed to optimally treat patients and sample availability for a new data generation.

This is one of the foundational goals of the Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI), which aims to accelerate scientific discovery and improve patient care by enhancing data sharing through the CCDI Data Ecosystem.

Your ideas will help generate multi-dimensional omics research data on pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancer samples, addressing unmet scientific and clinical needs aligned with the CCDI research priorities.

Submit your comments electronically by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2023.

Please direct your inquiries to Dr. Emily Boja at (240) 276-6384.
