Phase II Umbrella Study of Novel Anti-cancer Agents in Patients With NSCLC Who Progressed on an Anti-PD-1 / PD-L1 Containing Therapy
This is an open-label, multi-centre, umbrella Phase II study in patients with metastatic NSCLC who have progressed on an anti-PD-1 / PD-L1 containing therapy. This study is modular in design, allowing initial assessment of the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of multiple treatment arms.

Navitoclax and Vistusertib in Treating Patients with Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer and Other Solid Tumors
This phase I / II trial studies the best dose and side effects of navitoclax and how well it works when given together with vistusertib in treating patients with small cell lung cancer and solid tumors that have come back (relapsed). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as navitoclax, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Vistusertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving navitoclax and vistusertib may work better than navitoclax alone in treating patients with small cell lung cancer and solid tumors.

Olaparib with and without AZD1775, AZD5363, and AZD2014 in Treating Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors
This phase II trial studies how well olaparib works with and without other targeted therapies in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body. Olaparib, WEE1 inhibitor AZD1775 (AZD1775), Akt serine / threonine-specific protein kinase (Akt) inhibitor AZD5363 (AZD5363), and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTor) kinase inhibitor AZD2014 (AZD2014) may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and repair. It is not yet known if giving olaparib alone or in combination with AZD1775, AZD5363, or AZD2014 will work better in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body.
