Do you want to learn how to make your own data more useful for other researchers in the field? Are you interested in seeing how the National Childhood Cancer Registry (NCCR) is adopting NCI’s Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI) standards to develop an interoperable, next-generation cancer surveillance data resource for pediatric and young adult cancers?

CCDI is working to develop an extensive data ecosystem with fully integrated and harmonized data from a variety of sources.

Attend this webinar for tips on integrating and using childhood cancer data standards. Topics include the following:

  • Using data from the NCCR and Childhood Cancer–Data Integration for Research, Education, Care, and Clinical Trials (CC-DIRECT) initiative
  • Developing pediatric content that adheres to the HemOnc.org ontology standard
  • Creating minimal Common Oncology Data Elements (mCODE) pediatrics extension

We’ll also be hosting a Q&A session at the end of the webinar.

This webinar is part of the CCDI webinar series, which highlights how to use CCDI’s web applications, platforms, and data, and gives attendees the opportunity to learn how to use available resources.
