Childhood Cancer Clinical Data Commons: A New Web Application for Your Data Needs

If you use childhood cancer data in your research, explore the Childhood Cancer Clinical Data Commons (C3DC): a new, open-access, web application from NCI’s Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI).

Using C3DC, you can:

  • search for harmonized, deidentified, participant-level clinical data from multiple studies.
  • create custom cohorts.
  • download data for local analysis.
