I serve as Chief Information Officer for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and Chief of the IT Services and Support Branch within the Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT). Through these complementary roles, I lead strategic technology initiatives that advance NCI's cancer research mission while overseeing research-enabling IT infrastructure and services across multiple NCI locations. We work closely with stakeholders to understand the unique and diverse needs of the scientific community, delivering reliable and resilient services that facilitate the NCI mission while reducing end user burden. I also represent the NCI’s cyber and IT interests within the broader NIH community.
