Join Dr. Satish E. Viswanath of Case Western Reserve University to learn how artificial intelligence (AI) can help clinicians with precision medicine approaches. He will present on RadxTools, an image informatics toolkit specifically geared towards developing modules that enable:

  • the creation of spatially aligned, deeply annotated, radiology-pathology data sets.
  • quantitative characterization of specialized, tumor response-specific features on post-treatment imaging.
  • quality control of radiomic features.

NCI’s Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) Program funds RadxTools.
