Use in Cancer

Belantamab mafodotin-blmf is approved to treat:

Multiple myeloma that has come back or did not respond to treatment. It is used with bortezomib and dexamethasone in adults who have received at least two therapies that included a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulating agent.

Belantamab mafodotin-blmf is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
