Use in Cancer
Dordaviprone hydrochloride is approved to treat:
- Glioma (certain types) in adults and children aged 1 year and older whose cancer got worse after other therapy.
Dordaviprone hydrochloride is approved under FDA's Accelerated Approval Program. As a condition of approval, a confirmatory trial(s) must show that it provides a clinical benefit in these patients.
