This chemotherapy combination contains the drugs cisplatin (Platinol), etoposide phosphate, and bleomycin. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.

Use in Cancer
PEB is used in children to treat:
- Extragonadal germ cell tumors that are not in the brain and that are malignant.
- Ovarian germ cell tumors that are malignant.
- Testicular germ cell tumors that are malignant.
This combination may also be used with other drugs or treatments or to treat other types of cancer.
