Use in Cancer
Relacorilant is approved to treat adults with:
- Ovarian epithelial, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. It is used:
- With paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation (nab-paclitaxel) in patients whose cancer was treated with platinum chemotherapy, but it did not work, is no longer working, or the cancer has gotten worse. It is used in patients who have received one to three types of systemic therapy, at least one of which included bevacizumab.
Relacorilant is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
