Use in Cancer
Sevabertinib is approved to treat:
- Non-small cell lung cancer (certain types) that is non-squamous and has spread. It is used in adults who have been treated with systemic therapy.
Sevabertinib is approved under FDA's Accelerated Approval Program. As a condition of approval, confirmatory trial(s) must show that it provides a clinical benefit in these patients.
Sevabertinib is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
