Use in Cancer
Sonrotoclax is approved to treat adults with:
- mantle cell lymphoma that came back or did not get better after at least two lines of systemic therapy that included a BTK inhibitor¹
¹This use is approved under FDA's Accelerated Approval Program. As a condition of approval, confirmatory trial(s) must show that sonrotoclax provides a clinical benefit in these patients.
Sonrotoclax is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
