Use in Cancer
- Breast cancer that is HER2 positive and either advanced and cannot be removed by surgery or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body, including the brain). It is used in patients who have already received at least one anti-HER2 treatment for metastatic disease.
Tucatinib is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
