Use in Cancer
Vepdegestrant is approved to treat:
- Breast cancer that is estrogen receptor positive and HER2 negative and has an abnormal estrogen receptor 1 gene. It is used in adults whose breast cancer has spread and has gotten worse during or after treatment with at least one type of hormone therapy.
Vepdegestrant is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
