Vusolimogene oderparepvec-wtpg is approved to treat:

Melanoma that is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery. It is used with nivolumab in adults whose disease got worse after treatment that included a PD-1- blocking monoclonal antibody.

Vusolimogene oderparepvec-wtpg is approved under FDA's Accelerated Approval Program. As a condition of approval, confirmatory trial(s) must show that it provides a clinical benefit in these patients.
