The Center for Cancer Genomics will be at the 2019 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting to present some of our latest research programs and initatives. Team members from the Office of Cancer Genomics (OCG) and Genomic Data Commons (GDC) will be available throughout the week to discuss our programs and take feedback.

Also, an upcoming clinical data analysis feature for building synthetic cohorts and analyzing clinical outcomes. Raw Genomic Data Processing: A Look at GDC’s Bioinformatics Pipelines

A Meet the Experts Session on how the GDC processes raw, genomic data into higher-level data, such as somatic mutation calls and copy number estimates. A walk-through of some of GDC’s bioinformatics pipelines, including sequence alignment and application of various mutation and copy number callers.
