White House Forum on Advancing Cervical Cancer Prevention, Early Detection, and Survival

On Thursday, January 25, the Biden Cancer Moonshot will host a forum marking Cervical Cancer Awareness Month and highlighting the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to and progress on improving education, prevention, HPV vaccination, early detection, and treatment.

Dr. Kimryn Rathmell and Dr. Satish Gopal will join leaders from across government, research, healthcare, patient advocacy, and other sectors to:

  • Discuss the greatest challenges domestically and globally that, if addressed, will increase access to cervical cancer prevention and control services.
  • Share progress on work being undertaken to enhance prevention and early detection, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Generate new actions and collaborations to reduce the global impact of cervical cancer.
