Kelly Dyott specializes in NIH travel policies and procurement processes for DCB. She has expertise in federal budgets, acquisition management, and NIH financial systems/resources.

Ms. Dyott also earned a FAC-C certification and can develop and approve hotel contracts for peer review meetings and event contracts for workshops, maintenance agreements, equipment purchases, and more. 

Ms. Dyott appreciates the work of DCB in cancer biology, especially involvement with the Cancer Moonshot

Background

Before coming to DCB, she was an Administrative Technician with the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS). She transitioned to NCI to become an Administrative Officer (AO).
