Dr. Wanping Xu manages a portfolio of grants  focusing on cancer cachexia biological pathways, cancer signaling pathways, and cellular chaperones.

Dr. Xu is interested in new technologies and approaches that have enabled scientists to understand the dynamic and translocation processes in cell signaling.

 

Background

Prior to DCB, he was a staff scientist at the NCI Center for Cancer Research (CCR) where he studied heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90).
