Yvonne Duglas-Tabor manages R01, R15, and R03 grants related to cancer immunology and cancer disparities, as well as has expertise in the role that the immune system plays in leukemia/lymphoma pathogenesis. 

She says, “It’s imperative that the NCI extramural and intramural workforce in research represent the people that we serve” and is committed to health disparities research.

 

Background

Prior to coming to the NCI, Ms. Duglas-Tabor was a Senior Research Technician in the  Laboratory of Molecular Ocular Diseases at the National Eye Institute (NEI), where she was the expert in 2D electrophoresis and TOF mass spectroscopy.
