NCI Principal Deputy Director, Doug Lowy, M.D. will provide the keynote address "Controlling Cancer in Low- and Middle-Income Countries:  The Example of Cervical Cancer" at the City of Hope Global Oncology Symposium on Oncogenic Viruses. CGH Director, Satish Gopal, M.D., will present "Alleviating EBV & KSHV-Mediated Suffering in Africa."

This Symposium will showcase four sessions with a blend of in-person and virtual speakers, ensuring a comprehensive perspective from cancer control in lower-middle-income countries to taking a deep dive into molecular mechanisms and therapies.
