Dr. Margaret (Gosia) Klauzinska

Margaret Klauzinska, Ph.D.

Program Director
Division of Cancer Biology (DCB)

Dr. Klauzinska has expertise in hematopoiesis, the bone marrow niche, epitranscriptomics, and aging. She manages a portfolio of grants related to myeloid malignancies (i.e., chronic and acute myeloid leukemia) and hematologic cancer stem cells.

Background

Prior to her working in DCB, Dr. Klauzinska was a program director in the Division of Blood Diseases and Resources (DBDR) at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) where she oversaw nonmalignant hematology programs and projects.
