TARGET Cancers Selected for Study

Below is the list of cancers selected for study by NCI’s Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments (TARGET) program. For each cancer type, TARGET researchers have published an overview of the characterizations performed and multiple types of analyses of the data. For some diseases, data collection and analysis occurred in separate phases.

Supplemental and associated data files for these studies can be found on the publication pages at the GDC.
