dimethicone-containing botanicals-based lotion

A skin lotion containing various proprietary botanical ingredients and the skin protectant dimethicone, a silicon-based polymer, with potential to prevent radiation dermatitis (RD). Upon topical application to the affected area before and after radiation therapy, the phytochemicals in the dimethicone-containing botanicals-based lotion may act as free radical scavengers and exert an antioxidant effect. The dimethicone component of the skin lotion protects against damage, and moisturizes and soothes the skin.
