A regimen consisting of vincristine, dactinomycin and cyclophosphamide that may be used for the treatment of Ewing sarcoma, mesenchymal chondrosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), malignant sex cord-stromal tumors and malignant germ cell tumors.
