OEPA

This combination contains the chemotherapy drugs vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), etoposide phosphate, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (Adriamycin) and the steroid hormone prednisone. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.

Drugs in the OEPA combination:
O = Vincristine Sulfate (Oncovin)
E = Etoposide Phosphate
P = Prednisone
A = Doxorubicin Hydrochloride (Adriamycin)

Each of the drugs in this combination is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat cancer or conditions related to cancer.
