Nina Ghanem, M.Ed., leads and supports key partnership and dissemination programs and provides stewardship of U.S. interagency engagements for the Center for Global Health. In this role, Ms. Ghanem oversees a comprehensive strategy for the Center, which includes the development and dissemination of relevant and timely scientific content to CGH stakeholders and audiences through a variety of channels.

Ms. Ghanem joined the NCI in 2001 as a Health Communications Intern working with cancer advocates and spent 15 years in NCI’s Office of Communications and Public Liaison (OCPL). In OCPL, she held a variety of positions including leading the NCI External Relations Branch, supporting NCI's multicultural and international communications, and providing enterprise-level communications guidance and support. During her time at NCI, Ms. Ghanem has worked in all aspects of communications and brings her passion for communications to CGH. Prior to joining NCI, Nina served as Executive Director for an HIV/AIDS coalition in Las Vegas and Health Educator at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

Ms. Ghanem graduated from UNLV with a B.S. in Community Health Education and a M.Ed., in Health Promotion.
