endothelin receptor antagonist

(EN-doh-THEE-lin reh-SEP-ter an-TA-guh-nist)
A drug that blocks the hormone endothelin and may prevent prostate cancer from spreading to the bones. It may also prevent the growth and spread of other types of cancer, including colorectal cancer.
