ensartinib hydrochloride

(en-SAR-tih-nib HY-droh-KLOR-ide)
A drug used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer that is ALK positive, has spread, and has not been treated with an ALK inhibitor. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Ensartinib hydrochloride blocks certain proteins made by the ALK gene, which may help keep cancer cells from growing. It is a type of kinase inhibitor. Also called Ensacove.
