Sarclisa

(sar-KLIH-suh)
A drug used with other drugs to treat adults with certain types of multiple myeloma. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Sarclisa binds to a protein called CD38, which is found on some types of immune cells and cancer cells, including myeloma cells. Sarclisa may block CD38 and help the immune system kill cancer cells. It is a type of monoclonal antibody. Also called isatuximab.
